Rolling Stone Party Details

About to plunk down a grand for a ticket to the Rolling Stone Super Bowl party on February 4? The mag’s first-ever Super Bowl bash could be a concert worth every penny—and we’ll know more tomorrow, when the host expects to announce the night’s musical lineup. A publicist for Bacardi, the party’s sponsor, told Super City that three or four acts should rock The Crane Bay, a former industrial building remodeled into a new and intimate event space near Lucas Oil Stadium. The party will celebrate the rum maker’s 150th anniversary—which falls on Super Bowl Sunday—with a theme nodding to the 1920s, 1950s, and today. All celebrities who will be in town for the game have been invited, and perhaps Thursday’s announcement about the concert lineup will provide some hints about who’s likely to be downing some daiquiris and boogeying in the Bay. Stay tuned…

The Super Bowl Village’s musical offerings have already been announced. Meanwhile, what’s your dream concert lineup worthy of the $1,000 ticket?
