Thanks to popular demand and craft-friendly tweaks to Indiana’s blue laws, the county has a brewpub and production brewery, two distilleries, and two new winery tasting rooms, all opened in recent years.

Big Woods Brewing Co. is putting down roots in Speedway, and a cool Fishers T-Shirt shop plans to open a coffee bar.

Although it opened in 2009, Big Woods didn’t add Quaff On Brewing Company for bottling and restaurant distribution until 2012. And that’s when both the beers and the business took off.
