Weekend dinners offer a short list of precision-plated entrees in addition to a well-vetted selection of charcuterie and cheeses.

Buddy Valastro said he has been partial to Indianapolis since he promoted one of his many cookbooks here: “The fans in Indianapolis always make me feel at home.”

“She was able to keep it a secret from me until I got there and saw it in person, and I’m so glad she did because it was the hardest I’ve laughed in a while,” Gambrel says.
