The Children’s Museum’s Dinosphere reopens March 19 with a new look and some very old tenants.

What’s with all the manhole covers here? Seriously, I’ve never been to another city with such an abundance.

Finding a complete set of hyoid, or throat bones, is a huge find. These belong to Fred, a mastodon discovered in Fort Wayne (and pictured here).
