Eddie Sahm will put into play an approachable, beer-friendly menu and a selection of concession-stand classics to serve to Monon Trail users.

Each item on the kids menu at Fall Creek Place’s cozy Shoefly Public House is named after a child in the owner’s family. There is even a selection of craft sodas to wash it all down.

“I loved making my own dough, and I always wanted to open a pizza place, but time gets away from you,” he says.

The meat-packed Mac Daddy from Rockstone Pizzeria Pub contains bacon, capocollo, and Smoking Goose City Ham baked in asiago sauce.

The pizzas lean more in the direction of adventurous than gourmet, with oddball ingredients playing together nicely.
