The disabled comic, who won the 2021 “Indiana’s Funniest Person” contest at Helium Comedy Club, performs at the White Rabbit Cabaret this month.

The local comedian’s rants satirizing beyond-reason Trump supporters have taken his career, pardon the phrase, viral.

“As soon as I got up there, though, it hit me: There was no backing out.”

“I got the opportunity to write for shows because of my standup, not the other way around, so I prefer standup.”

“I think I might be opening for the popemobile driving in,” Gaffigan quipped in an interview with Terry Gross on NPR’s ‘Fresh Air.’

“I’ve never eaten a Hot Pocket and then said, ‘I’m glad I ate that.’ It’s more like, ‘I’m gonna die.’”

“We want to establish it as one of the great comedy festivals in the country,” says the founder. “Which I think we’re well on our way to doing.”
