The self-made distiller and grassroots entrepreneur is taking his corn-forward bottle brand West Fork Whiskey to the big show at a new destination spirits venue in Westfield.

Lil Dumplings owner Carlos Salazar will head the kitchen at West Fork Whiskey’s upcoming Westfield location.
