Video: Reggie Wayne Takes IndyCar Ride to Training Camp

One ride stood out among the luxury SUVs arriving at Anderson University Wednesday for the start of Colts training camp: an IndyCar two-seater carrying veteran receiver Reggie Wayne, piloted by racecar driver Ed Carpenter.
The driver and NFL star met up near the I-69 off-ramp a few miles from campus and then cruised through Anderson as Wayne made his way back to work for the 2014 season.
Wayne’s splashy arrivals at Colts camp are kind of a thing. In 2009 he showed up in a dump truck, wearing a hard hat.

He has also come in a Humvee and military fatigues, and shared a Yellow Cab from Indianapolis with former teammate Edgerrin James.
