Food Truck Friday: Best Georgia Street Eats

It’s the Clay Terrace for good eats: every Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., local food trucks line Georgia Street, enticing Indy residents to walk from truck to truck, searching for the perfect lunch. Vendors take orders out of a window, disappear into the interior, and re-appear with fresh-to-order creations. Order garlic knuckles and sweet plantains as a side to accompany a Fig & Pig Sandwich. Or stick with tradition and grab a burger and onion rings to go. Food Truck Friday gives a new meaning to the phrase “TGIF.”
