Swoon List: Moon Rabbit Ramen, Black Market, And More
Fill up on these delicious plates in this week’s Swoon List, our weekly roundup of the five things we’re currently craving.
The special garlic ramen featuring the pungent allium in several iterations, including fermented, at Moon Rabbit Ramen (4907 N. College Ave., 317-384-1048) the lunch-only pop-up shop inside Ukiyo.
A trio of massive mozzarella sticks—more like batons—from Black Market (922 Massachusetts Ave., 317-822-6757), with all of the traditional crunch and melty cheese diners love.
The $2 Tuesday taco bounty at Broken English Taco Pub (141 S. Meridian St., 317-362-0072). Clockwise from top right: carne asada, fried chicken, fish, and shrimp, all compact and handily wrapped inside double tortillas.
The wood-fired Fungi pizza at Bridges Craft Pizza & Wine Bar (19 N. Indiana St., Greencastle, 765-653-0021). The bubbly crust supports the thinnest layer of mushrooms and Parmesan, with a balsamic glaze standing in for tomato sauce, and a toss of lemony arugula adding a pop of freshness.
Named after Stefano Deponti, general manager of Dallara, Spoke & Steele (123 S. Illinois St., 317-737-1616) plates the Risotto Deponti Alla Milanese with Italian sausage, green beans, and Parmigiano Reggiano that takes home the checkered flag.
