Home-a-Rama Trend Report: Shiplap, Bunkrooms, Bold Baths, and More

Home-a-Rama, staged by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (with Indianapolis Monthly as a sponsor), wraps up this weekend at Chatham Hills in Westfield. Over the two-week run, more than 10,000 people have walked through 11 homes, famous golf course designers Pete and Alice Dye hit a chip shot to open the development’s new 18-hole course, and the design community started a shiplap craze. Here, our favorite trends that surfaced this year. See them for yourself before Home-a-Rama closes on October 2.
