When you promise clients stunning office spaces, you’d better make sure your own makes a knock-out first impression. RJE Business Interiors president Denny Sponsel doesn’t have anything to worry about.

Colorful dollhouse cottages cozy together along communal greens, sidewalks lead to front stoops, and built-in flower boxes overflow on tidy porches, resembling the Florida Panhandle villages Hoosiers frequent on family vacations.

“We’ve been coming to Naptown ever since the ’60s,” says Clinton. “We go way back with Indianapolis.”

This “new technique” might happen more often as certain types of houses are now selling in days, if not hours.

Every house does claim a “point of difference”—whether the location is close to a running trail, near shops and restaurants, or has a floor plan made for entertaining. Pinpoint that difference and emphasize it.
