Best Bars and Restaurants Along the Cultural Trail

The $63 million Cultural Trail is raking in some serious dough for Indianapolis.

Mayor Greg Ballard met patrons outside of Bluebeard on Thursday morning for a press conference regarding the economic impact the Trail has had on the city. The IU Public Policy Institute today released a report, “Assessment of the Impact of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick.”

In the study, the PPI found that property values near the Trail rose 148 percent from 2008 to 2014, for a $1 billion total increase. The report also looked into the spending habits of Trail users, revealing that Indy residents spend an average of $53 on the Trail, while visitors spend twice that.

Where’s a good place to drop some of your $53 along the Trail? Glad you asked:
