Editor’s Note: On Saturday—as Indiana’s newly passed ‘Religious Freedom Restoration Act’ made national headlines, cued a chorus of celebrity responses, and prompted a flood of official statements from business and community leaders around the nation—Indianapolis protestors (“thousands,” according to some estimates) marched from Monument Circle to the Statehouse. Photographer Darryl Smith was on hand to capture the rally.
