Recipe: Power-Up Peach Smoothie by Natural Born Juicers

Corey and Laura Beatus jumped on juicing long before it was the cool thing to do. They met while working at New York City’s first-ever shop devoted to the trend, eventually quitting to hit the festival scene there with a mobile juice bar. They returned to Laura’s hometown of Indianapolis in 2008 and started parking their Natural Born Juicers truck at the downtown farmers market. It didn’t take long for the city to fall under the spell of drinkable fruits and veggies, leading to a booming Natural Born Juicers brick-and-mortar storefront on Mass Ave’s east end. Here, the Beatuses whip up a nutrient-packed treat to try at home.
