» St. Elmo Steak House co-owner Craig Huse received a 2018 Silver Plate award this month from the International Food Manufacturers Association (IMFA) for “outstanding and innovative talents” in the Independent Restaurant/Multi-Concept category. Huse is the president of Huse Culinary, which, in addition to St. Elmo (127 S. Illinois St., 317-635-0636), owns three Harry & Izzy’s locations and downtown’s Burger Study.
