Blue Ivy gin cocktail Tony Valainis
Ingredients:
2 ounces Cardinal Spirits Terra Botanical gin
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2-ounce Amaro Montenegro
3/4-ounce pistachio orgeat
1/4-ounce blue Curaçao
1 swath orange peel
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake vigorously for 12 to 15 seconds. Pour
into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Squeeze orange peel over rocks glass. Garnish with peel and serve.
