Eat Sheet: Grass Fed Coffee, The Broad Ripple Winter Market, and More

» John Ban, the former Indy resident behind food truck West Coast Tacos (now-defunct) and NY Slice (operating under new ownership), has launched Grass Fed Coffee. Ban’s new business makes “the world’s first ready-to-drink butter coffee,” and is currently raising funds on Kickstarter for its first production run.

» According to the IBJ, The Flying Cupcake (see theflyingcupcakebakery.com for locations) and The Dancing Donut (1134 E. 54th St., 317-737-1751) owner Kate Bova Drury is combining her two business concepts at a new bakery in Fishers (13180 Market Square Dr.), which she hopes to open by February. The shop will highlight a variety of cupcake flavors, as well as a build-your-own doughnut bar and a coffee and espresso bar serving selections from Bee Coffee Roasters.

» The Broad Ripple Winter Market recently launched. Every Saturday morning (9 a.m.–noon) through April 30, vendors ranging from Tulip Tree Creamery to Revival Foods are setting up shop inside Bent Rail Brewery (5301 Winthrop Ave., 317-737-2698). Bent Rail Brewery co-owner and chef Craig Baker prepares a special brunch menu for patrons.
